Provided is a mountain fruit tree planting system, comprising an insect screen (15), grass-prevention cloth (17) and a mountain track transport system, wherein, the insect screen (15) covers the periphery of an orchard from above; the grass-prevention cloth (17) is laid on the ground of the orchard, the mountain track transport system is transversely provided with a horizontal track (4) in the orchard and further provided with a trolley (5) capable of moving on the horizontal track (4); the mountain track transport system comprises a ramp track (1) and a tractor (2), wherein, the tractor is provided with a horizontal hanger of which the bottom is kept horizontal. The planting system can effectively prevent the occurrence of yellow shoot disease, and prevent fruit from being scattered and damaged during transportation, improving the transporta efficiency. Provided is also a mountain fruit tree planting method.
