The multimeric albumin nanosphere is mainly formed by means of aggregation of a plurality of albumin molecules, the plurality of albumin molecules are linked by means of disulfide bonds, and the particle size of the multimeric albumin nanosphere is 10 to 100 nm. The technical problem of poor stability and possible toxic side effects of albumin nanospheres in the prior art is alleviated.
