Provided is a method for forming a coating film of a photosetting fluoropolyether-based elastomer composition, the method enabling obtaining of a cured product of the composition that is uniform at a deep portion, a dark portion, and an interface of a substrate, without being subject to curing inhibition by a substrate (particularly, a resin substrate). This method is for forming a coating film of a photosetting fluoropolyether-based elastomer composition, the method including a step for applying, on the surface of a substrate, the photosetting fluoropolyether-based elastomer composition that has been irradiated with light.
