A device for implementing motion according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an input unit for receiving first motion data generated by image recording a plurality of markers attached to the head of a subject to be measured, and second motion data measured from a plurality of sensors attached to the body of the subject to be measured; a modeling unit for modeling a rigid body on the basis of the first motion data; a correction unit for correcting first coordinate information about the rigid body on the basis of the first coordinate information and preset distance information, the first coordinate information being on the basis of a global coordinate system; a conversion unit for converting, via the corrected first coordinate information, second coordinate information that is on the basis of a local coordinate system generated on the basis of the second motion data to third coordinate information that is on the basis of the global coordinate system; an extraction unit for extracting fourth coordinate information, which is on the basis of the local coordinate system, from a first human body model to which the third coordinate information has been applied; and an implementation unit for implementing the motion of a character by using the fourth coordinate information and a second human body model.
