A method for evaluating web accessibility and openness is disclosed. The method for evaluating web accessibility and openness comprises: a reception step of receiving source codes of a website by accessing the URL of the website; an analysis step of analyzing the source codes according to criteria of evaluation items for evaluating web accessibility or openness; a determination step of determining whether a source code list including a recommended source code exists in a database so as to meet the criteria of the evaluation items, when the source codes do not meet the criteria of the evaluation items; and a transmission step of transmitting the source code list to a client when the source code list exists in the database.
