The present invention relates to an optical connection technology and, more particularly, to a field assembly optical connector configured to prevent an optical fiber from bending when an optical connector is assembled by using an adapter (bending phenomenon). The invention is characterized in that the field assembly optical connector comprises: an inner sleeve module; a connector frame (6) housing the inner sleeve module; and a cable boot (9) coupled to the inner sleeve module to protect the sheath of an optical cable. The inner sleeve module comprises: a sleeve body (3) having a sleeve on one side thereof so as to align an optical fiber during optical connection and having a thread provided on the other side thereof; a middle connecting member (4) having protrusions (4a) provided on the left and right surfaces thereof, the middle connecting member (4) being fitted/coupled by penetrating/entering in the direction in which the sleeve of the sleeve body (3) is provided; a spring (5) fitted to the thread of the sleeve body (3); a fixing ring (2) screw-fastened to the thread of the sleeve body (3) to prevent the spring (5) from detaching; and a ferrule stub (1) having an optical fiber provided to be inserted into the sleeve body (3) through the fixing ring (2) and formed to extend to the sleeve of the sleeve body (3). The cable boot (9) is fixed to the sleeve body (3) and is coupled to the middle connecting member (4) to be able to move within a predetermined range.
