Disclosed is a gas-hydrate slurry separating device and method based on an air flotation and siphon synergistic effect, the separating device comprising an air flotation and siphon synergistic effect system, a gas-hydrate solid collecting system (16) and a brine collecting system. The air flotation and siphon synergistic effect system comprises an air flotation tower (11), a liquidometer (12), a slag scraper (13), a siphon pipe (14) and a siphon pump (15); and the air flotation tower (11) communicates with a gas-hydrate slurry of a gas-hydrate generating system through a gas-hydrate slurry conveying system, and also successively communicates with an unreacted gas outlet of the gas-hydrate generating system through a gas pressurizing pump (7) and a check valve (8), thus achieving the quick and continuous separation of a gas-hydrate solid from a solution in the gas-hydrate slurry.
