A reconstruction method for a PET image, a computer storage medium, and a computer device. The method comprises: step one: acquiring projection data Y and a system matrix P of a PET image (S10); step two: constructing an imaging model equation Y = PX, X being a reconstructed PET image (S20); step three: acquiring an initial reconstructed image X and iteratively updating the initial reconstructed image X on the basis of a first target function to acquire a first reconstructed image (S30); step four: iteratively updating the first reconstructed image on the basis of a second target function to acquire a second reconstructed image (S40); step five: determining whether an iteration criterion is satisfied; if yes, then outputting the second reconstructed image produced in the present round of iterations as a final PET reconstructed image; and if not, then returning to step three and using the second reconstructed image of the present round of iterations as the initial reconstructed image during the next round of iterations (S50). The reconstruction method does not rely on the degree of compliance between information of an anatomical structure and functional information, and is great for distinguishing the edges of an image regardless of whether any noise is interfering with the edges of the image.
