A multi-deck electric oven having different temperature regions capable of performing uniformly controlled region-based heating, comprising a multi-deck oven body (1), a first deck oven (2), a controller (3), electric heaters (4), temperature sensors (5), a first deck oven door (6), and a power input (7), wherein the first deck oven (2) is disposed on the top portion of the multi-deck oven body (1). The apparatus can repeat the same operation simply by pressing one button, ensure consistent quality and appearance of baked food, and eliminate operations of turning and moving food during baking, so as to improve the quality of baked food and operational safety and reduce processing costs, and facilitates energy conservation and environmental protection.
