A signal acquisition method and signal acquisition circuit of an image sensor. The image sensor comprises a plurality of pixels arranged into an array, each of the pixels comprising a photodiode. The signal acquisition method comprises: in each signal acquisition period, carrying out signal acquisition row by row on the plurality of pixels, the signal acquisition period comprising at least one reset frame and at least one cleared frame; in each of the reset frames, a forward bias is applied to the photodiode of each of the pixels acquisited; and in each of the cleared frames, a reverse bias is applied to the photodiode of each of the pixels acquisited. The method can shorten signal acquisition periods, guarantee an excellent clearing effect and eliminate the affects of environment lights on imaging.
