The device comprises an acquiring machine body, transverse propellers, longitudinal propellers, and an internal battery, wherein transverse propellers are provided on two sides of the back of the acquiring machine body, the longitudinal propellers are provided on two sides of the front of the acquiring machine body, the internal battery is provided inside the acquiring machine body, an end waterproof cover is provided at one end of the acquiring machine body, a high-definition camera is provided in the end waterproof cover, a highlight compensation lamp is provided on the outer side of the high-definition camera, a bottom waterproof cover is provided at the bottom of the acquiring machine body, a hollow hemisphere is provided in the acquiring machine body, and connecting springs are provided on the inner side of the hollow hemisphere. The beneficial effects are: 1, marine biological information is roughly detected by using the sonar, and some special information can be captured and observed at close range by using the camera at the same time; 2, in-marine biological survival environment information such as temperature and pressure intensity is acquired.
