An automatic temperature control medical moxibustion box comprises a moxibustion box body (1). Ventilation holes are fixedly formed in the surface of the moxibustion box body (1), two ventilation holes being symmetrically distributed with the axis of the moxibustion box body (1) as the center, the inner wall of the moxibustion box body (1) is fixedly connected with a mounting plate (2), a first motor (3) is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the mounting plate (2), and the output shaft of the first motor (3) is fixedly connected with a worm (4) by means of a coupling. When a high temperature is detected, a second knob temperature control switch (35) sends out an electrical signal to control a second motor (20) to start reverse rotation, the output shaft of the second motor (20) drives a threaded rod (21) to rotate by means of the coupling, the threaded rod (21) threadedly rotates a threaded pipe (22), the threaded pipe (22) moves upwards to drive a connecting disc (27), a moxa stick pipe (29) and an ash receiving box (32) to rise synchronously, so as to increase the distance of the moxa stick from a filtering plate (33) and the human body, and after a limiting block (24) is in contact with a first button switch (25), the first button switch (25) sends out an electrical signal to control the second motor (20) to stop the reverse rotation. The moxibustion box thus has the feature of automatic temperature control during moxibustion.
