Provided is a combined high-speed blister-packaging and boxing machine, comprising a blister-packaging machine (1) and a boxing machine (3), wherein the blister-packaging machine (1) is in conveying connection with a discharging grid conveying device (2); the discharging grid conveying device (2) comprises a clean-area grid conveying device (21) positioned in a clean area (C) and a non-clean-area grid conveying device (22) positioned in a non-clean area (D); and the position of the clean-area grid conveying device (21) is higher than that of the non-clean-area grid conveying device (22), and a front end of the clean-area grid conveying device (21) and a rear end of the non-clean-area grid conveying device (22) are in conveying connection via an inclined sliding channel (23). According to the combined high-speed blister-packaging and boxing machine, independent grid conveying devices are respectively arranged in the clean area (C) and the non-clean area (D), material transition is achieved by using the height difference of the two grid conveying devices, and bacterial strains in the non-clean area (D) are prevented from entering the clean area (C) through a conveying belt.
