The present invention discloses an artificial tandem promoter-based efficient inducible bacillus subtilis expression system, and belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering. The present invention uses an efficient artificial tandem constitutive promoter to finally construct an inducer-induced efficient inducible bacillus subtilis expression system by combinationally designing the promoter with operon related elements (a repressor proteins and a binding site thereof) so that the activity of the constitutive promoter is regulated by the inducer. The result shows that the activity of the artificial tandem promoter in the present system is about 15 times higher than that of a P43 strong constitutive promoter. And the activity of the promoter can be precisely controlled by adding inducers with different concentrations. Therefore, the present efficient expression system has a simple structure and a high activity, is strict in regulation, and has a wide application prospect in the efficient expression and synthetic biology research of heterologous proteins.
