A cable trench for a power distribution room, comprising side walls (1) on both surfaces, a base (2) connected to the bottoms of the side walls, and a cover plate (3) movably connected to the tops of the side walls; wherein a plurality of frame bodies is vertically provided at positions of the side walls facing the interior of the cable trench; the frame bodies comprise vertical plates (7) and transverse plates (6), and the vertical plates are connected to the side walls by means of screw rods (4); one end of the screw rod extends into the side wall, and the other end penetrates through the vertical plate to be connected to a nut (5), wherein a screw rod section connected to the nut is provided with threads. The plurality of frame bodies having cable hoops (8) are vertically provided on the side walls of the cable trench, so that a single cable or a cable bundle consisting of a plurality of cables can be put into the cable hoops so as to be hooped; the cables are prevented from being scattered in the cable trench, and are also convenient to classify.
