Disclosed is a structure for introducing cooling air in a rotor out to cool a radial magnetic bearing. A bearing base (7) is fixedly connected to a machine shell (1), a stator (2) and a radial magnetic bearing (4) are respectively fixed in the machine shell (1) and the bearing base (7) correspondingly, and a stator cooling cavity (100) is formed between the stator (2) and the radial magnetic bearing (4). The rotor (3) is arranged in the stator (2) and the radial magnetic bearing (4) in a penetrating manner, an electric motor stator air gap (200) is formed between the rotor (3) and the stator (2), and the electric motor stator air gap (200) is in communication with the stator cooling cavity (100). A rotor cooling air introducing cover (5) is arranged in the stator cooling cavity (100), the rotor cooling air introducing cover (5) is fixed on an end face of the radial magnetic bearing (4) by means of a fastening screw (6), and a rotor cooling cavity (300) is formed between an inner cavity wall of the rotor cooling air introducing cover (5) and the end face of the radial magnetic bearing (4). Cooling air is introduced into the rotor (3) while the cooling wind in a traditional electric motor stator is retained, and this part of the cooling air is properly introduced into a magnetic bearing on a work component side for cooling.
