A series-connected integrated temperature and vibration sensor employing a blazed grating and a fiber Bragg grating optical fiber, for resolving the problem in the prior art in which integrated temperature and vibration sensors have a large zero drift, require regular maintenance and calibration, and do not provide sufficient sampling precision. The sensor comprises: a housing (200) provided with a fiber Bragg grating (500) and a blazed grating vibration measurement structure (600) therein; and an optical cable (100) having one end extending into an interior of the housing (200), and an optical fiber (110) leading out therefrom, the fiber Bragg grating (500) being inscribed at an upper portion of the optical fiber (110), and the blazed grating vibration measurement structure (600) being connected to a terminal end of the optical fiber (110). The sensor has a small volume, a simple and easy-to-assemble structure, small zero drift, and high resistance to electromagnetic interference, is free of electrical noise, and achieves high measurement precision and connection reliability.
