SIZING AGENT, COLOURED GLASS FIBRE, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

The present application relates to the technical field of glass fibres, and specifically relates to a sizing agent, a coloured glass fibre, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The sizing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-6.5 parts of starch, 1-2 parts of vegetable oil, 0.1-0.3 parts of an emulsifier, 0.1-0.5 parts of a lubricant, 0.5-5 parts of an inorganic colouring substance, and 90-95 parts of soft water. The preparation method for the coloured glass fibre is: using the prepared sizing agent as a coating agent, performing drawing on a coloured glass fibre raw material, producing coloured glass fibre strands, and obtained a coloured glass fibre product by means of unwinding and winding processes. Coloured glass fibres are used to produce a fibre fabric, the surface of which has no yellowing or brown stripes after undergoing heat cleaning. In addition, warp or weft displacement of the glass fibre fabric can be rapidly and easily detected, which facilitates positioning for discharging and fabric cutting, or provides a baseline for subsequent processing.
