The invention relates to a morcellation bag (1) comprising at least one film of plastic material, joined so as to define a surface (2) of the bag, said surface having a first closed end (3a) and a second open end (3b) for the insertion of surgical items (150) and a morcellator (210); characterised in that it features at least one transparent area (5), said transparent area having a surface area of at least 1 cm² and a thickness of less than 200μm; said transparent area being made of a material or materials with a total transmittance greater than 80%, a clarity greater than 80% and a haze effect lower than 25%.
