It is disclosed a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical composition or in the form of a food supplement comprising a mixture of berberine and resveratrol for use in the treatment and/or control of dyslipidemia, wherein resveratrol is contained in a formulation in which it is co-precipitated or supported on salts or hydroxides of divalent or trivalent metals.
