The invention concerns an instrumental system for attaching a bone graft to the scapula, remarkable in that it comprises a positioning instrument that comprises: - two branches equipped at one end with opposing jaws between which the graft is positioned, the two branches moving towards each other by means of a translational movement, and - a drill bush including a first hole and a second hole separated by a distance and dimensioned for the passage and guiding of a bone drill bit. The invention further relates to a corresponding attachment method.
