Provided are an intercom vestibule device, an intercom system, an information terminal, a reporting method, and a program with which the situation inside a facility can be known by a user even if the user is not inside the facility. An intercom vestibule device (10) is disposed in a facility, and is able to communicate with an information terminal via an IP network. The intercom vestibule device (10) is provided with a reporting unit (18). The reporting unit (18) reports on the situation within the facility, on the basis of information acquired from any of one or more terminals including the information terminal, or information input to the intercom vestibule device (10), the information being different from information for calling the information terminal.
