A non-contact water treatment apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a solenoid valve (200) which blocks or allows the inflow of water from the outside; a sensor unit (100) which senses the approach of an object within a preset range; a sterilized water generation unit (300) which includes a (+) electrode and a (-) electrode disposed adjacent to each other without an intervening membrane for exchanging ions of an electrolyte, and which generates sterilized water by electrolyzing the water that has flowed into the solenoid valve (200) through the (+) electrode and the (-) electrode; a control unit (500) for controlling the operations of the solenoid valve (200) and the sterilized water generation unit (300); and a spray unit (600) for spraying the sterilized water, generated in the sterilized water generation unit (300), to the outside. When the sensor unit (100) senses the approach of the object, the control unit (500) can control the solenoid valve (200) to open and allow the water to flow in, control the sterilized water generation unit (300) to electrolyze the water that has flowed in, and generate sterilized water, and control the spray unit (600) to spray the generated sterilized water to the outside for a first period of time from a predetermined total period of time, and to spray water, which has not been converted into the sterilized water, to the outside for a remaining second period of time.
