The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for containing and transporting an ex-vivo organ connected to a perfusion machine by means of at least two perfusion tubes (A), which allows the organ to be placed in or removed from a transport container without disconnecting it from the perfusion tubes. The apparatus comprises temporary, removable peripheral securing means (300) for securing the perfusion tubes (A) with respect to a container (10) of the organ, wherein the securing means (300) comprise a connector (310) in the form of a radially fastening removable clip, which, when fastened, temporarily prevents the axial movement of the tubes and when removed, releases the tubes, thereby allowing the organ to be placed in or removed from the container without disconnecting it from the perfusion machine.
