The present invention relates to the technical field of herbicide crystallization processes, and in particular, to an amorphous cypyrafluone triethanolamine salt, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The amorphous cypyrafluone triethanolamine salt is tested to exist in an amorphous form by X-ray powder diffraction, wherein the X-ray powder diffraction pattern thereof shows no sharp diffraction peak, and is basically as shown in fig. 1. The amorphous cypyrafluone triethanolamine salt of the present invention has high solubility and high bioactivity, and can be used for the control of weeds.
