FLOW CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR PARA-ARAMID SPINNING

A flow control system and control method for para-aramid spinning, which relate to the technical field of aramid fiber production. The system comprises: a sulfuric acid system (1), a para-aramid feeding system (2), a dual-screw extruder (3), a screw extruder driving motor (4), a first pressure sensor (5), a booster pump (6), a filter (7), a second pressure sensor (8), a spinning box body (9), metering pumps (10), and a controller (11). The control system has three control subsystems: a booster pump control subsystem, a screw control subsystem and a feeding control subsystem. Compared to the prior art, by means of the overall dynamic control of a batching system, screw, booster pump and spinning machine, the present control system may solve the problem of the clogging of a spinning position nozzle of the spinning machine online in real time, thus ensuring the spinning quality, and there is no material waste; and the problem of losses caused by shutting down for maintenance is solved.
