Artificial apostichopus japonicus reefs and an apostichopus japonicus submarine culture method using the artificial apostichopus japonicus reefs. The artificial apostichopus japonicus reef comprises a first reef plate (1) and a second reef plate (2) made of a common concrete material; the first reef plate (1) and the second reef plate (2) are connected in an inverted-V shape; the first reef plate (1) and the second reef plate (2) are uniformly provided with holes and are integrally formed. The method comprises the steps of: 1) splicing multiple artificial apostichopus japonicus reefs into an apostichopus japonicus reef facility group in an inverted-W shape, wherein the apostichopus japonicus reef facility groups are arranged in parallel in the shape of the Chinese character "彡" on the seabed, a space between adjacent two apostichopus japonicus reef facility groups is 30-50 m, and an included angle between a free end of the artificial apostichopus japonicus reef at the outermost side of the apostichopus japonicus reef facility group and a current direction is 10-25°; 2) placing, according to the density of 7-15/square meter, apostichopus japonicus seedlings into a sea area where the artificial apostichopus japonicus reefs are located for proliferation; and 3) harvesting apostichopus japonicus after 12-36 months. The artificial apostichopus japonicus reefs and the method can greatly enhance the suitable seedling placement density, improve the survival rate of proliferation, and shorten the culture period.
