Disclosed in the present invention is an incoming call processing method. Said method comprises: upon receiving an incoming call sent by a communication system, detecting whether an incoming call phone number corresponding to the incoming call is a pre-set trusted phone number, if the incoming call phone number is not a pre-set trusted phone number, recording the incoming call, to acquire incoming call content corresponding to the incoming call; determining whether the incoming call content satisfies a pre-set incoming call connection condition; and if the incoming call content does not satisfy the incoming call connection condition, sending an incoming call rejection message to the communication system, so that the communication system executes an incoming call rejection operation. Further disclosed in the present invention is a computer readable storage medium. The present invention improves the capability of blocking a nuisance call.
