Provided are a control method and apparatus for a massage chair (1100), the massage chair (1100), and a massage chair system (1000). The method comprises: receiving user physical sign parameters transmitted by an electronic device (1200) (S2100); acquiring massage parameters corresponding to a massage mode matching the user physical sign parameters (S2200); and according to the massage parameters corresponding to the massage mode, controlling the rotation of a longitudinal traveling electric motor (310) so as to drive a massage machine core (3100, 3200) to execute a corresponding massage operation (S2300).
