According to the present invention, a method for providing geographic information and analysis information according to users by means of a universal map comprises: a map information receiving step of requesting authentication from a universal map server by transmitting thereto user authentication information that is part of account information of a user requesting the authentication but excludes information about the user's disability type, and then receiving the map information from the universal map server after the user has been authenticated, wherein the universal map server has map information stored therein that contains at least one of map image and guiding information according to disability types of people with disabilities; a guiding information retrieving step of retrieving, from the received map information, guiding information to provide geographic information in a map image to the user's terminal, wherein in a data model database storing data models according to disability types of people with disabilities, the guiding information corresponds to the information about the user's disability type in the user account information; and a geographic information providing step of providing, by outputting, to the user's terminal, geographic information into which property information of spatial objects indicated in the map image is incorporated on the basis of the retrieved guiding information, so as to provide geographic information personalized according to the information about the user's disability type.
