A geothermal energy mining system using a stepped gravity-assisted heat pipe having no accumulated liquid effect, comprising a gravity-assisted heat pipe (1), a condenser (2), and a liquid storage tank (3); the gravity-assisted heat pipe (1) comprises a liquid return pipe (7), an outer pipe (8), and an inner pipe (9); the liquid return pipe (7) is disposed between the outer pipe (8) and the inner pipe (9) and is connected to the liquid storage tank (3); the space between the outer pipe (8) and the inner pipe (9) has a stepped separation structure; a liquid working medium flows from the liquid storage tank (3) through the liquid return pipe (7) into different levels of separated segments sequentially, absorbs heat from high-temperature rock mass (6) by means of the pipe wall of the outer pipe (8) and gasifies, becomes a gaseous working medium and enters the inner pipe (9) and then flows into the condenser (2), and releases the heat and condenses then flows back into the liquid storage tank (3), thus completing a cycle. Liquid level control pipes (11) are used to limit the liquid level of each separated segment at a certain height.
