The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric using nano-silver powder and antibacterial fibrous fabric manufactured by the method. More specifically, the method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric using nano-silver powder comprises the steps of: preparing fibrous fabric by unfolding same on an aluminum panel; applying nano-silver powder onto the prepared fibrous fabric; brushing the fibrous fabric with the nano-silver powder applied thereon so that the nano-silver powder permeates into gaps between threads constituting the fibrous fabric, gaps between fibers constituting the threads, or both; laminating an aluminum panel on the upper surface of the fibrous fabric into which the nano-silver powder permeates; and applying, to the aluminum panel laminated on the upper surface of the fibrous fabric, heat of 180-250 °C and a pressure of 3-150 bar, and then cooling same to 0-20 °C so that the nano-silver powder is fixed inside the fibrous fabric. The method for manufacturing antibacterial fibrous fabric according to the present invention and the antibacterial fibrous fabric manufactured by the method have advantages of a potent antibacterial effect and excellent fastness. Also, there are advantages in that the tactility of fabric is not affected and manufacturing costs are low.
