Provided are a signal processing method for intra voxel incoherent motion imaging, device and storage medium. The method includes: setting a non-zero b value distribution, conducting IVIM diffusion imaging magnetic resonance scanning on each b value based on an MRI scanner, outputting the image corresponding to each b value; the b value represents the intensity of the diffusion imaging gradient magnetic field (S100); conducting attenuation model fitting on each b value and the region of interest on the corresponding image obtained by IVIM diffusion imaging, outputting the IVIM parameter representing the relationship between the b value and the intensity of imaging signal (S200). In the method, the image of the non-zero b value is used for fitting to reduce the fitting difficulty with a more stable calculation result, which is favorite for reflection of the relationship between the intensity of the diffusion imaging gradient magnetic field and the image signal and extensive use in clinical medicine.
