SEARCH ENGINE-BASED QUESTION-ANSWERING METHOD AND APPARATUS, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND COMPUTER DEVICE

A search engine-based question-answering method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a computer device. The method comprises: acquiring a target question input by a user (S102); determining keywords of the target question (S104); finding multiple search results in a search engine according to the keywords (S106); calculating the matching degree of each of the multiple search results with the keywords (S108); taking the search result having a matching degree greater than or equal to a preset value as a candidate answer (S110); determining whether the type of the candidate answer is a document type (S112); if yes, parsing the candidate answer according to a preset algorithm to obtain an answer to the target question (S114); and if not, determining that the candidate answer is an answer to the target question (S116). The present method solves the problem of poor response ability of chat robots.
