The present invention relates to an apparatus for in-cylinder grouting after a static load detection test of a self-balancing load box and a grouting method thereof, used in the technical field of load box in-cylinder grouting after a static load detection test of the self-balancing bearing capacity of a building foundation pile. The apparatus comprises a stirring apparatus, a filtration stirring apparatus, a stirring drive apparatus, a weighing apparatus, a pressurised drive apparatus, a pressurised grouting apparatus, and an in-cylinder grouting load box; the filtration stirring apparatus is below the stirring apparatus, the lower end of the filtration stirring apparatus is connected to the stirring drive apparatus, and the weighing apparatus is positioned below the stirring drive apparatus; the filtration stirring apparatus is connected to the pressurised grouting apparatus by means of a material suction opening, and the pressurised grouting apparatus is connected to the pressurised drive apparatus; an output end of the pressurised grouting apparatus is connected to the in-cylinder grouting load box by means of a grouting tube; and a grout return tube is connected to the in-cylinder grouting load box.
