The present invention provides a multi-target fusion protein, used for blocking vascular endothelial growth and activating T cells, comprising (i) a vascular endothelial growth repression domain; (ii) an Fc region of immunoglobulin; and (iii) CD80 extracellular domain (ECD). The present invention also provides a polynucleotide coding for the multi-target fusion protein, a carrier comprising the polynucleotide, a host cell comprising the polynucleotide or the carrier, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the multi-target fusion protein and an anti-PD1 antibody. The multi-target fusion protein and pharmaceutical composition thereof may treat or prevent cancers in human subjects.
