A versatile belt capable of body slimming and toning according to the present invention comprises: a fixing belt that can be worn so as to surround a part of a human body; a diet stimulation portion coupled to the center portion of the front surface of the fixing belt, multiple light emitters and an electric muscle stimulator being disposed on the diet stimulation portion; and a control portion fixed to the back surface of the fixing belt and configured to control electric currents flowing through the multiple light emitters and the electric muscle stimulator. The diet stimulation portion comprises: a device body made of a bendable material, a flexible substrate for the light emitters and the electric muscle stimulator being disposed on the device body; a stimulation panel coupled to the device body from the back portion of the device body, the stimulation panel having holes, into which the multiple light emitters are inserted while being exposed such that the multiple light emitters are disposed, the stimulation panel having an elongated hole to which the electric muscle stimulator is coupled while being exposed, and the stimulation panel being made of conductive silicone; and multiple assembly buckles provided on an edge of the device body such that the stimulation panel is coupled to the device body.
