The present application relates to the technical field of information processing, and disclosed are a blacklist sharing method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a computer device. The method comprises: obtaining blacklist information tables of service systems; performing duplicate removal processing and structured processing on the blacklist information tables of service systems, summarizing the processed blacklist information tables of service systems to generate a blacklist information summary table, and recording system sources in the blacklist information summary table; establishing a blacklist query system by using the blacklist information summary table; and querying, in the blacklist query system, information of a target user input by a salesman so as to verify the identity of the target user. The present application achieves blacklist sharing between systems, and when a salesman handles a specific service, user blacklist confirmation can be conveniently and quickly completed only by means of a blacklist query system, thereby improving the working efficiency, and avoiding the phenomenon that a user is not eligible for claim settlement even after insurance has been normally paid.
