An apparatus for dismantling a heavy-water reactor facility according to an embodiment comprises: a cutting device for dividing a calandria of the heavy-water reactor facility into a main shell and a sub shell; and a transfer device for extracting the main shell cut by the cutting device to the outside, wherein the transfer device includes a fixing unit for fixing the calandria and a transfer unit for transferring the fixing unit.
