A ventilator nose plug, a nose plug fitting and a ventilator system. The ventilator nose plug comprises a ventilator connector (1), a first nose plug tube (3) and a second nose plug tube (4); the ventilator connector (1) is provided with an air inlet channel (101), a first air outlet channel (103) and a second air outlet channel (104), the air inlet channel (101) being in communication with the first air outlet channel (103) and the second air outlet channel (104), and the air inlet channel (101) being used to be in communication with a ventilator; the first nose plug tube (3) is in communication with the first air outlet channel (103), and the second nose plug tube (4) is in communication with the second air outlet channel (104); the first nose plug tube (3) and/or the second nose plug tube (4) are movable, so as to cause a separation distance between the first nose plug tube (3) and the second nose plug tube (4) to be adjustable. By means of configuring the first nose plug tube (3) and/or the second nose plug tube (4) to be capable of relative motion, causing a separation distance between the first nose plug tube (3) and the second nose plug tube (4) to be adjustable, it is possible to satisfy use by patients having different nostril separation, improving patient comfort.
