The present invention provides an optical fingerprint recognition system in a screen, a fingerprint recognition display apparatus, and an electronic device. The optical fingerprint recognition system in a screen comprises an optical fingerprint sensor and a reflection unit. The reflection unit and the optical fingerprint sensor are provided between a liquid crystal panel and a backlight module, and correspond to a non-display region of the liquid crystal panel. The reflection unit is used for receiving the return light formed by irradiating a detection light emitted by a fingerprint detection light source to fingers above a fingerprint detection region, and reflecting the return light to the optical fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint detection region is located in a display region of the liquid crystal panel. The optical fingerprint sensor is used for receiving the return light reflected by the reflection unit and generating a fingerprint image so as to detect the optical fingerprint in the screen. Moreover, the reflection unit comprises an extension unit extended into the display region and allowing the visible light emitted by the backlight module to pass through. The width of the bezel is reduced while ensuring the display effect, thus meeting the narrow bezel requirements of users.
