A bridle for equestrian sport, wherein the bridle comprises a bit (GS) and straps for fastening to the horse's head, wherein at least two sensors (10a, 10b; 11a, 11b) are arranged in the bit (GS), and at least one electronics box (20) is provided outside the bit (GS), and means are included for transmitting sensor data from the sensors (10a, 10b; 11a, 11b) to the electronics box (20) and/or for supplying the sensors (10a, 10b; 11a, 11b) with energy from the electronics box (20).
