The present invention relates to a time-sharing platform technique for creating social value by connecting the free time spent by members of the community with paid volunteer jobs (small tasks, normal tasks, and expert tasks) and, more particularly, to a time donation bank platform and a time donation method using the platform, the platform being implemented so as to connect demanders for providing paid volunteer jobs with activists desiring to make meaningful use of the time remaining after daily activities, and donate, at a predetermined rate, the profits obtained from the connection, thereby giving, to the activists, additional economic income and a mental satisfaction due to the participation in donation activities, endows the demanders with the pride of having contributed to society while facilitating recruitment when needed, and enables donation recipients to receive donations and use same for the socially disadvantaged.
