The present application provides a blockchain-based service processing system and method, a computing device, and a storage medium. The system includes a service consortium blockchain, a request client, and a server. Data from the service consortium blockchain node is pulled, by the server, and stored in a local database. A service processing request of a to-be-processed user is received, and the service processing request includes an identity of the user and service information of the user. The local database for service data related to the user is searched based on the identity of the user and the service information of the user, and information needed for service processing is determined. Service processing for the user is completed based on the information needed for service processing.
