Disclosed are an optical sampling circuit capable of ensuring both a wide sampling width and high accuracy, and an acquisition method. An optical sampling module comprises a photocell, a sampling resistor, an operational amplifier, an analog-to-digital converter, and a processor. The photocell, the sampling resistor, the operational amplifier, the analog-to-digital converter, and the processor are connected in sequence; N compensation resistors are connected between the photocell and the sampling resistor; a switch is connected to each of the two ends of each compensation resistor, and the control end of each switch and a signal output end of the analog-to-digital converter are separately connected to the processor; when the output of the processor has a low level, the switches are turned off, and the compensation resistors are connected to the sampling resistor to increase the resistance of the resistor during sampling by the analog-to-digital converter; and when the output of the processor has a high level, the switches are turned on, the compensation resistors are short-circuited to reduce the resistance of the resistor during sampling by the analog-to-digital converter. The acquisition method is a method for acquiring using the optical sampling module. The present application can achieve dynamic sampling, and can ensure both a high measurement sensitivity and a wide signal detection range.
