Disclosed is a method for heating and curing a resin-based composite material using a dynamic heat shield. The method is applied to self-heating and curing of a composite material member, and therein, a flexible heat shield having a heat transfer characteristic that can be dynamically regulated is disposed peripherally to the composite material and a mold. A heat transfer characteristic of the heat shield is regulated on the basis of a chemical exothermic characteristic during the process of curing the resin-based composite material, and in accordance with a temperature homogenization strategy, so as to achieve active control of temperature distribution in a thickness direction or on a surface of the composite material. The present invention proposes for the first time a dynamic heat shield for a self-heating and curing process of a resin-based composite material, aiming to ensure temperature homogenization during material heating, and at the same time rapidly alleviate any impact resulting from heat released from a curing reaction, which can significantly improve the curing quality of the composite material member, shorten the curing period, and decrease the energy consumption of the curing process.
