The embodiments of the present application disclose a wire control box for a wireless earphone, comprising a female head portion and a male head portion detachably connected to the female head portion, the male head portion comprising a support, a male head sleeve and a male head; the support has a hollow cylindrical shape, the male head sleeve comprises a fixed portion and an extension portion connected to one end of the fixed portion, the fixed portion being accommodated inside the support, and the extension portion being located outside the support, and the male head comprises a plug-in end and a fixed end connected to one end of the plug-in end, the plug-in end being located outside the support, and the fixed end passing through the extension portion and then being fixed inside the fixed portion; and when the male head portion is connected to the female head portion, the plug-in end is accommodated inside the female head portion, and when the male head portion is detached from the female head portion, the plug-in end is used to plug in a power supply device. The wire control box above can improve the charging convenience of a wireless earphone. The embodiments of the present application also disclose a wireless earphone.
