A method for filling an oil-gas well of a fractured oil-gas reservoir with isolation particles to reduce water and increase oil production comprises the following steps: (1) injecting a filling fluid carrying isolation particles into a wellbore and fractures via a wellhead until the pressure reaches or exceeds formation fracture/fracture extension pressure or until an injection volume per unit injection pressure is close to zero or until a pre-configured isolation particle filling volume is reached; and (2) performing production. In the present invention, direct filling and recovery filling are performed on the fractures, filling is performed on an annulus, and filling is performed on a production well from a water injection well, thereby effectively resolving the issue of channeling and water outflow existing in various fractures. Notably, two-stage pressurized filling and recovery filling are used, such that the isolation particles successfully enter fractures without openings, thereby improving a fracture-sealing effect, reducing the flow capacity of the various fractures, and reducing water outflow of the well. In addition, the invention further improves a pressure gradient during matrix production, improves the utilization of matrix oil and gas, and improves recovery rates.
