A palmprint extraction method, comprising: acquiring an image of a palm, and preprocessing the image of the palm to obtain a palmprint image to be corrected (S100); calculating the curvature value of each feature pixel point in the palmprint image to be corrected, and on the basis of the curvature values of the feature pixel points, correcting the palmprint image to be corrected so as to obtain a corrected image (S200); and performing binarization processing on the corrected image to obtain a palmprint image (S300).
