The present invention discloses a method for digital surveying and mapping and three-dimensional visualization in garden space. The method comprises the following steps: S1, data acquisition: using a three-dimensional laser scanner to acquire holographic data of a research object for surveying and mapping and holographic data of a control marker thereof; and performing close shot and multi-view photogrammetry at the same time to acquire holographic data of the research object for surveying and mapping and holographic data of a control marker thereof; S2, building a point cloud model based on three-dimensional laser scanning: after noise removal, coordinate matching, sampling dilution and redundancy reduction, building a space point cloud model of the research object for surveying and mapping based on three-dimensional laser scanning; S3, building a three-dimensional model based on close shot and multi-view images: obtaining, after splicing, a point cloud data model according to reality colors to complete the building of a three-dimensional model based on close shot and multi-view images; S4, multi-source data fusion and model generation: implementing data fusion on multi-source three-dimensional model; and S5, generation of two-dimensional picture of holographic data based on three-dimensional laser scanning.
